To get in you have to submit for the Open Call. You can enter the contest with up to 10 artworks.
Many consider interior art to be less conceptual or less valuable from artistic point of view. We do not agree, as we see that the world of business and services consume a lot of abstract art with multiple meanings.
In the world of business it is important to show status and value. Unfortunately, we have so many cultures and status rules nowadays that we can hardly find a luxury element that applies to all.
But art is different. Art unites everyone.
We believe that art is the point where everyone can see a meaning and a value from his particular point of view, regardless of beliefs, religion or particular style. Different generations still prefer to go to the same museums and admire the art that is timeless. We believe your art is in the line with them. So...

The main prize of the InteriorART Show & Open Call is the opportunity to exhibit your brilliant artwork in the Goden Duck Gallery between

Gallery location
Our gallery is situated in the city centre on the second touristic avenue filled with restaurants, theatres, galleries and gift shops. The street front with large windows attracts a lot of attention of the people passing by.

Submission details
The submission prices start at $35 for the first artwork. You can submit up to 10 artworks.
To participate, simply select the number of artworks you would like to submit.

Please be informed that the Open Call is an art contest. This means your artworks undergo a jury that decides whether the artworks are eligible for the physical or online exhibitions.

The Open Call fee is the administrational fee for running the jury and is not refunded to those artists who do not get their art exhibitied.

A sign-in to your Google Account (Gmail) is necessary to fill out the Google Form collecting the data for the submission. This is the policy of Google Forms.

The submission and shipping deadlines are strict deadlines. Please be informed that exceeding the deadlines might mean your artworks will not make it into the jury and will not be chosen for show. Exceeding the deadline on the artist's side does not make the artist eligible for refund.

Please note that the shipping deadline is strict. The Gallery reserves the right to deny exposing the artworks that arrive late.

CONDITIONS OF BEING CHOSEN
The InteriorArt Open Call & Show has the goal of runnung a luxurious interior & decorative art exhibition. So here are some tips & tricks for you to know how to maximize your chances to be there on our walls.

Abstract & semi-abstract art is welcome!

If your art is figurative or semi-figurative, make sure you submit decorative artworks. We consider decorative as depicting scenes without violence, war or any other social or historical issue. We would like to see artworks that depict scenes of a desirable lifestyle, or decorative elements.

We suggest working in limited color palettes to fit into many interiors.
-
The maximum size for this show is 1.5 x 2 metres, so consider submitting various sizes of artworks.

There are no price limitations either, but we suggest staying within reasonable borders.
Shipping information
The winning artworks must arrive to the Golden Duck Gallery in Budapest
before March 19, 2025.
Please note, that the artworks arriving at a later date might be denied of physical exhibition!

Please note that shipping fees on both ways (inside the gallery and outside for the artist) should be paid by the artist.

If shipping from outside of the EU, VAT or import customs might be applied on the border. In order to avoid that, please mark the artwork as gift. If the Artist marks it as goods, the Artist shall refund the gallery with the sum of the tax & VAT.

Starting a new season at the Golden Duck Gallery, we announce the unique opportunity for the artists!
If you choose this option, we guarantee that we will choose the minimum of 2 artworks out of 10 submitted. As we search for hidden gems, we reserve our right to choose more than 2, but 2 is the absolute guaranteed minimum!
This option is a great opportunity for all pur artists who want to feel the true value, as using it you will have 2 artworks in a centrally-located Budapest gallery for a stunning 1,5 months! The same perks in a gallery of this size and caliber can go up to 500 EUR per month, while here you have the same care for twice less!

In recent years, Budapest has become a world-famous tourist destination. But in February and March the city is just getting ready for the start of the season.
With two big days ahead, restaurants, cafés and nightclubs are excitedly preparing for Valentine's Day and Women's Day. Of course, we wouldn't like to miss out on celebrating these glorious days either.

Golden Duck Gallery
Meeting art should be a great & picturesque holiday, we believe. That is why we arrange Grand Opening Gala evenings for every exhibition in the Golden Duck Gallery.
It is our pleasure to ensure all our clients will get a unique opportunity to get to know the art exhibited in the gallery and to meet the artists in person. This tradition is becoming even more important with international art shows. In this case there are only few days the public can meet an artist from abroad.
Here you can see how grand openings go in our gallery.
How it works

To submit your artwork, please first choose the number of artworks you would like to submit.

After that you will go through a standard online purchasing process just like on any other online store.

Fill in the necessary information and choose the payment option (Stripe for debit/credit cards or PayPal).

After payment you will receive your confirmation email with the PDF with the link to the submission page.

You can also access the same PDF from your Order successful page that you see after the successful payment.

Simply click the Download button.

Open the downloaded PDF file. Usually this type of files can be opened in a variety of different software. The most popular ones are Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word.

In the opened file click the Complete submission. A webpage will open.

In the opened webpage provide all the necessary information and click the Submit button to complete the submission process.
