Marija Rastenienė.

Famous artist Marija Rastenienė participates in the exhibitions: painter, watercolor master and pastel creator Marija Rastenienė, she lives and works in Kaunas, Lithuania. She studied at the Kaunas Art School, later she  continued her studies at the Vilnius Art Institute (current Vilnius Academy of Arts), where she obtained the qualification of an artist-pedagogue. The artist was encouraged to create in various techniques by the experience accumulated over a number of years, studying the work of great master artists. Motifs of natural moods, air elements and space are important in the painter's work. She is a member of the Lithuanian Artists' Union, a member of the Lithuanian Restorers Union and a member of the artists' group "Art Circle" and the Lithuanian Art Educators' Society. She organizes personal exhibitions in Lithuania and has participated in international exhibitions: in England, France, Italy and Turkey, Austria, Hungary. In the international exhibition “Interior” she presents her works from the collection “Accent” and Rythmic cities” creating in the different years.
