The sky has always intrigued me with its constantly changing scenes, colors and moods. I love clouds and I consider them alive and breathing. I see them free and powerful. I imagine them being in-love, mad, joyful, or just relaxing. I feel them talking with the ground, being connected with all creatures on the land, floating majestically above us all. They amaze me that much to dedicate them a new series of paintings of dramatic skyscapes.
This original painting is done on stretched cotton canvas. Size 40x50cm. Canvas is gallery wrapped and sides of the painting are painted so it is ready to hang without a frame if preferred.

My name is Emilia and I am a full time artist. I beliеve I was born an artist. It took me some time in my childhood to understand which art suits me best. I tried almost every art stage until I found the art of painting and I stopped looking further. The nature is the main source of inspiration for me. I am deeply touched and I admire her organic order and harmony. It is amazing how nature paints her masterpieces at every step on the way. No one can do better. So I am simply taking some captures on a loan and I rest between the layers of paint the warmth, the comfort and the quietness that I feel.
