There is poetry in the sorrow of this stare, the intense eye contact, that creates triangle between the artist, the subject and the individual understanding of the expression of the viewer.

I am a self-taught artist, born in Slovakia and living in Hungary. I started painting in 2021 during the Covid pandemic as a hobby painter. I find my inspiration in nature. I paint mainly realistic animal portraits, flowers or landscapes using acrylic as medium. Nature in art can take many visual forms, from photorealism to abstraction. Art can imitate nature by attempting to visually reproduce objects as they actually appear in real life. But abstract paintings can also take their visual cues from actual forms in nature. I combin both principles in my art, creating realistic or bold, colourful, textured paintings.
